Angad & Nirmit, have crafted the cafe’s own mini eco-system ; recycling water, food waste & growing different fruits & vegetables. With a deep knowledge, passion for sustainability, a sound design sense and consummate culinary knowledge both have created a unique, stimulating and multi-sensory dining experience at Lush.
A sustainable dining which focuses on the ecological aspect & zero waste concepts. We cook what we grow. Everything we do is to give back to the soil & to our community.
